CEEP BROKERAGE FUNDING NOW OPEN- accepting applications until June 2015 Western Region CEEP Brokerage Funding - See Funding Grants for Guidelines and Application Form This brokerage funding aims to assist and support young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to engage and sustain EET pathways. If you are supporting young people that meets the following criteria and you are supporting them to engage, maintain or re-engage with EET, they may be eligible for CEEP: - Young People who are aged between 15 – 25 - Homeless, or at risk of homelessness - Engaged with homelessness assistance services - Not in sustainable employment - Experiencing long term difficulties in maintain-ing stable accommodation and overcoming barri-ers to participation in EET * Round Open: Ongoing until 13th June 2015 * Brokerage Funding capped at a maximum $2000 per application Where do I lodge an application?
