Alliances work because of a shared vision.

There are over 200 organisations in the G21 which have ‘signed up' to a vision to collaborate on the evolutionary improvement of the quality, diversity and effectiveness of support services for young people.

Agencies vary in size, role and service type but the vision remains the same.

The approaches taken along the road may change over the decades but the vision remains the same.
BATForce articulates its vision as:

Improve opportunities and choices for all young people.

BATForce alliance members contribute to this vision through the work they do to enhance their own service plus the broader contribution made to regional sectoral development projects and activities.
