This program will increase the participant's employability skills and assist them in achieving a successful interview leading to sustainable employment, training and/or further education. The participant's enhanced self-confidence will benefit their socioeconomic wellbeing and help give them focus and direction. Also the skills learned will be inter-generational.
The course will consist of skills such as: Stress / De-stress; Creating a Positive Self Esteem; Language-Verbal Skills; Tone of Voice; Body language- Non Verbal Skills; Listening; The Art of Conversation; Manners; Self Confidence; Assertiveness; Self Awareness; Health; Dress Sense; Respect; Goal Setting; Time Management; Commitment; Honesty and Integrity; Enthusiasm; Reliability; Timeliness; Motivation; Adaptability; Sense of Humour; Commonsense; Teamwork; Loyalty; Commitment and Volunteering.
The job preparedness will be facilitated by GForce and Matchworks .
